We are currently looking for part-time experienced Executive Drivers to join our team of chauffeurs. We are looking for someone who will be flexible, reliable, energetic, and able to communicate well with customers in excellent formal English.

The Position

As an Executive Driver, you will be creating professional/memorable experiences for our elite clientele, chauffeuring them and their guests to the required destinations, and assisting clients with ad-hoc errands and duties during downtime. You’re expected to greet clients with confidence and deliver outstanding customer service and smooth driving. You’ll have good road knowledge of London, Leicester, & the Midlands, coupled with a thorough understanding of the UK motorway network, knowing how to get from one city to another.

You will drive safely, complying with all legal requirements, and in consideration of the wishes of the clients concerned.

Executive Drivers are smartly dressed (typically in a full suit, shirt, tie, and dress shoes) and treat the client’s car with the utmost respect and care. They’ll open vehicle (and, where appropriate, building) doors for your client, offer to carry any baggage and store it safely and securely during transit, whilst maintaining a respectful and friendly demeanour at all times.

Our Executive Drivers may also be requested to operate as Personal Assistants whilst they aren’t actively driving, and therefore any (legal) errands such as (but not limited to) delivering/collecting dry cleaning, documents, flowers, etc. are to be considered a standard part of the service that you provide.

Finally, confidentiality is of absolute importance, so you will maintain a professional standard of driving whilst respecting the client’s privacy. All Executive Drivers must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) to reassure clients of discretion.

Requirements

Our clients’ personal safety and comfort are paramount, and we realise that clients will want to be comfortable with a chauffeur driving their car. To put our client’s mind at ease, all our Executive Drivers must:

• Hold a valid driving licence and have been driving for at least 10 years
• Been driving for the last 5 years continuously, and have at least 5 years or more without insurance claims
• No more than 3 points on driving licence (no Disqualifications ever)
• Have proven driving experience within a professional capacity, for example: the police, fire brigade, ambulance services, or previous chauffeuring.
• An ‘Advanced Driving Licence’ would be of advantage, but not essential if you come from a strong driving background
• You must have your own reliable, clean car, which must be in excellent aesthetic and mechanical condition.
• Have own mobile phone, & suitable satellite navigation. You must be comfortable with clients being given your mobile phone number.

This is a self-employed position, and self-employed persons are responsible for paying their own Tax and National Insurance Contributions.

Successful drivers will only progress as to work for us if they are customer-oriented people who take pride in their work.

Every successful applicant will be required to undergo a thorough induction before undertaking any appointments, ensuring that all drivers operate at the same consistently high standard.
